My Office Asia is a trading brand operated by MAXSPACE ADVISORY LIMITED, a Hong Kong private company limited by shares. Our registered address is Rooms A-B, 25/F, King Palace Plaza, 55 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. References in these Terms to “MOA”, “My Office Asia”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean MAXSPACE ADVISORY LIMITED.

MAXSPACE ADVISORY LIMITED, trading as My Office Asia, is not licensed as an estate agent under Hong Kong's Estate Agents Ordinance. MOA is a flexible-workspace information, comparison and introduction service and does not provide estate agency services.

MOA's standard service is limited to workspace supplied directly by operators under licence, membership or service agreements rather than conventional property leases. MOA does not act for either party in the acquisition or disposal of a lease or other interest in land, cannot bind an operator or customer, and is not a party to the agreement between them.

Workspace operators remain responsible for confirming the exact product, availability, price, services and contractual terms. Customers contract directly with the selected operator and should obtain independent legal, tax or regulatory advice where required. A requirement involving a conventional lease or another interest in land should be handled through an appropriately licensed Hong Kong estate agent.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website or submit an enquiry on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and act for that organisation in relation to the request.

The website is intended for legitimate business workspace enquiries and for users who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit information through it.

The website is an information, catalogue and enquiry platform supporting searches for serviced offices, private offices, coworking and related workspace products. It is not a live inventory system, self-service booking engine, property exchange or binding offer platform.

Submitting an enquiry allows MOA to review the requirement, contact relevant workspace operators and coordinate next steps. It does not reserve a workspace, guarantee a viewing, create a licence or service agreement, or require MOA or any operator to accept the request.

MOA may help clarify a brief, identify flexible-workspace options, make introductions, coordinate viewing schedules and compare operator proposals. Operator representatives remain responsible for the viewing, product information and contractual discussion. The scope depends on the enquiry and any separate written arrangement.

The standard office-search service is offered without a separate advisory fee to the prospective customer. When an introduction results in a completed operator agreement, the selected workspace operator pays MOA a referral fee.

Any service for which you would pay MOA directly, or any additional obligation beyond the standard search process, must be agreed separately in writing before the charge or obligation applies.

Listings may be based on information, images, feeds and marketing materials supplied by workspace operators or other sources. MOA may edit or organise those materials for clarity, but does not represent that every item is complete, current or independently verified unless expressly stated.

Published prices are indicative starting figures or operator-supplied information, not binding quotations. Availability, capacity, office configuration, incentives, taxes, deposits, service inclusions and other terms can change without notice. The relevant operator must confirm the exact workspace and final written proposal for your required date.

Maps, travel times, building descriptions, measurements and district information are provided for general comparison. You should verify any fact that is material to your decision, regulatory position or intended use.

MOA cannot bind a workspace operator and is not a party to the licence, membership or service agreement between you and the relevant provider. That provider is responsible for its premises, services, availability, pricing, contract and performance.

You are responsible for reviewing the final proposal and contract, confirming that the workspace is suitable, and carrying out any commercial, technical, legal, tax, regulatory or other due diligence required by your organisation. A reference to an operator or listing is not a guarantee or endorsement of its solvency, service quality or suitability.

Website content and MOA's commercial assistance do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, immigration, licensing, investment or regulatory advice. MOA may help identify commercial questions for an operator, but you should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before relying on a workspace for company registration, regulated activity, visa, tax, data-security or compliance purposes.

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, keep material requirements up to date and avoid submitting unlawful, misleading, confidential or third-party personal data that is not reasonably necessary for the request.

If you submit listing descriptions, photographs, logos, floor plans, pricing or other materials, you confirm that you are authorised to provide them and to permit MOA to review, adapt, store, reproduce and display them for the requested listing and related promotion. You grant MOA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for those purposes while the listing or related review remains active, including reasonable backup and archival use. You may request future removal, subject to legal and record-keeping needs.

MOA may reject, edit, suspend or remove submitted materials or a listing at its discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, enquiries or a commercial relationship.

You must not use the website unlawfully; impersonate another person; submit malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or operation; harvest personal data; use automated tools to scrape or reproduce a substantial part of the catalogue; or use website content to create a competing database or service without written permission.

Normal browsing, linking to public pages, printing a reasonable number of pages for an internal office search and use by legitimate search-engine crawlers are permitted. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or third parties.

The website's original text, design, software, structure and branding are owned by or licensed to MOA. Workspace-operator names, logos, photographs and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence, permission or other lawful basis.

Except for the limited use permitted above, these Terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights or permit you to reproduce, republish, sell, licence or commercially exploit website content without the relevant owner's written permission.

The website may link to or integrate maps, messaging platforms, operator websites and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. MOA is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or acts outside its reasonable control.

We may change, suspend or withdraw website features, listings or content for maintenance, security, legal, commercial or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not affect any obligation expressly agreed in a separate written contract.

MOA will use reasonable care in operating the website and handling enquiries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the website, reliance on indicative content, changes in third-party availability or pricing, or the acts or omissions of a workspace operator or external service provider.

Any exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent that it is reasonable and lawful under Hong Kong law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By submitting personal data, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in that Policy and in the collection notice shown with the relevant form.

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so that any concern can be considered promptly.

We may update these Terms when the website, services or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page applies from the effective date shown above. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These website Terms do not replace any separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties; the separate agreement controls to the extent of a direct conflict concerning its subject matter.
