Step 1
Review and clarify the brief
We check location, headcount, move-in timing, budget, preferred term, layout and any requirements such as meeting rooms, IT, privacy or expansion.
Send your brief →
Tell us what your team needs and we’ll help turn the requirement into a current, comparable office shortlist. Operators and landlords can also share workspace materials for review below.
Start your search
Share your team size, target move-in date, preferred districts, budget and any non-negotiable requirements. We’ll review the brief and explain the next step.
For office seekers
You do not need to arrive with a preferred building or operator. After receiving your enquiry, we review the requirement, clarify anything missing and check relevant centres. We aim to send the first response within two Hong Kong business hours; the shortlist timing then depends on the brief and how quickly operators confirm current availability.

How MOA is paid
No client advisory fee for the standard search; the selected operator pays MOA a referral fee after a successful placement.

For operators and landlords
If you operate flexible workspace in Hong Kong and would like a centre considered for the MOA catalogue, send the location basics below. We review the centre and its source materials before anything is published; submitting the form does not create a listing agreement or guarantee publication.
Send approved descriptions, workspace types and capacities, current pricing or availability, centre photography and an approved logo when available.
We separate building facts from operator services, adapt supplied copy for the website and flag any information or imagery still needed.
We record the best contact and process for future pricing, availability and marketing-material updates so published information can be reviewed consistently.
Clients do not pay MOA an advisory fee for the standard search. If an introduced client signs, the selected operator pays MOA a referral fee.
What happens next
The process starts with the brief, not a fixed number of listings. Timing depends on the requirement and operator confirmation, but each stage has a clear purpose.
