Can you actually negotiate a better rate than I can?

Almost always. We see live deals across every operator every week, so we know what each one is willing to flex on — free months, fit-out, term length, parking, deposit. Direct tenants usually only see the first quote.

What is the average cost of a coworking space in Hong Kong?

Hot desks run roughly HK$2,500–4,500/month, dedicated desks HK$4,500–7,000, and private offices from about HK$8,000/desk in the right districts up to HK$25,000+/desk in trophy towers. Pricing depends heavily on building, view, contract length and timing of the year — we'll send you live numbers for your brief.

Are there any hidden costs when renting a coworking space?

Usually not, but watch for service-charge top-ups, after-hours air-con, dedicated meeting room hours and printing quotas. We'll flag every line item before you sign so the rate you agree is the rate you actually pay.

What lease terms are available for office spaces?
